Kissing this character: Sure, though her cast mates will probably judge. Again she'll play along.
Flirting with this character: She tends to be flirtatious herself, so yes! Just don't expect her to be serious about it.
Fighting with this character: Yes, as expected with a semi-villain. She'll be used to it, though admittedly not the super powers.

Vermouth is a criminal renown among her peers for her ability to disguise herself. She's skilled to the level that she can pretend to be someone else and trick their close friends into believing she's them. Vermouth also tends to be a bit of a tease, usually in a playful, harmless manner. Or as harmless as a criminal organization member can be.

I can link you to voice clips for Alfredo, but I never had a voice in mind for Nita. |D

What information would she be able to discover about your character?: Not *everything*; world of origin, source timeframe, reading habits... she wouldn't be able to pick up on the more '!!!'-worthy aspects of their backstories unless she earns their trust first.

All kids shorter than her, so not relevant.

Conan: She already knows
Danny: Yes. Uh, he's being pretty open about being half-ghost these days. If she manages to hack into his laptop theres details in there about the ghosts from his world. But its also completely ridiculous, so she might not believe that its actually the truth.
Takato/Guilmon: Yes. Again, they're pretty open about what they are. But getting them to explain it in a way that makes sense might be the challenge.

He's used to this, tbqh, he worked closely with the Chameleon of his world for years. I have a ton of resources for you if you want to go that route, tbqh... The video linked above, a post full of gifs, and a post full of memes (some NSFW text in the latter).
What information would she be able to discover about your character?: It'll be easy for her to find out that he's an inventor and technological genius, and she'll probably be able to pick up some specific names of people he works closely with back home, and that he's close with Dr. Otto Octavius. It might take a bit more doing for her to find out that he's a criminal, much less supervillain-adjacent.
Can she steal from your character? If so, what small items might they have around: Maybe! Please ask first, but I may well be up for it! Mostly he just has the stuff in his tool roll and he'll eventually have some smaller inventions. He's worked with thieves himself and also has a thief as a semi-rival so this stuff could be fun but I'd also like to plot it out at least a bit!
